磨床操作工

招聘人數：5-6人 到崗時間：不限 年齡要求：55歲以下 性別要求：男 婚況要求：不限 1. Production meets process and specification requirements.根據工藝要求和規范生產產品。
2. Set-up and operation of equipment, as assigned.服從安排調試和操作機器。
3. Perform statistical process control measurements and calculations.  Complete forms or computer entries as required.承擔數據測量和計算的工作，按工作指導書完成記錄和數據電腦錄入。
5. Participate in setting and achieving team and individual productivity and quality targets.承擔小組及個人工作產量及品質的達成。
6. Participate with team in continuous improvement efforts.參與小組的持續改進。
7. Perform machine inspections including daily, weekly and monthly inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.完成每天，每周，每月設備的點檢和維護任務。
8.  Keep working areas with good 5S status.保持生產區域的良好5S狀態。
9. Prepare daily production reports and forms.準備每天的生產報告和表單。
10. Train new operators, as required.如有需要，在線培訓新員工。
11. Work in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the environment. 具有安全意識的工作，提高自己的身體素質和改善周邊的環境.
12. Comply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions. 遵守環境安全健康的規定和工作指導。
13. Perform other tasks as needed in support of production team and team leader. 其他生產相關及安排的其他任務


Requirements of the job 崗位要求:

1. High school graduate or equivalent 高中或以上學歷
2. Experience in assigned equipment set-up and operation. 有設定機器和操作設備的經驗。
3. Ability to use inspection gages and instruments.能夠使用檢具及檢驗設備。
4. Good communication skills. 良好的溝通能力。
5. Have certain knowledge about 5S. 對5S有一定的認識
